Service IntervalsServicing the MachinePlease use the following timetables to perform routine maintenance on your machine.
After Each Useˇ Clean debris from operator station and attachment. ˇ Clean air intake screen and radiator/oil cooler fins. ˇ Check for loose, missing, or damaged parts. Break-InAfter First 10 Hours of Operationˇ Check brakes & neutral lock linkages (adjust if needed). ˇ Change engine oil and filter. ˇ Check speed control pedals (adjust if needed). After First 50 Hours of Operationˇ Change transaxle oil and filter. Every 25 Hoursˇ Check for loose or missing hardware. ˇ Check tire air pressure (adjust if needed). ˇ Lubricate rear axle pivot pin (1 place). ˇ Lubricate engine drive shaft (1 place). ˇ Lubricate rear axle steering spindles (2WD) (2 places). ˇ Lubricate PTO shaft (2 places). Every 50 Hoursˇ Clean battery and posts if needed. ˇ Check wheel bolt torque and inspect tires. ˇ Check rear axle oil level. (4WD only). Every 100 Hoursˇ Lubricate steering cylinder (2 places). ˇ Lubricate tie rod ends (2 places). ˇ Lubricate hydrostatic linkage (1 place). ˇ Lubricate turn brake pedals (2 places). ˇ Blow out oil cooler/radiator fins with pressurized air. ˇ Check speed control, brake, & neutral lock linkages. Every 200 Hoursˇ Change engine oil and filter. ˇ Clean fuel filter sediment bowl (Diesel Model Only). ˇ Check air intake and coolant hoses. ˇ Inspect alternator belt for wear and proper tension. Every 400 Hoursˇ Change transaxle oil and filter. Every 600 Hours or Seasonalˇ Change rear axle oil (4WD Model Only). ˇ Service the fuel injectors (diesel models), spark plugs (gasoline models), rear axle pivot pin, valve clearance, engine idle speed, cooling system, brakes and neutral lock linkage.
